La Hacienda

My first visit here I waited 25 minutes and not one soul acknowledged I was seated. I walked out. I complained and the owner asked me to please come back. I did, the food is amazing. Owner comped the meal to my surprise. I am.back again because the food is that good AND this time the owner doesn't know I'm here. Well, 15 minutes and no service at all. Other tables are getting service, oh wait I am just one person at my table. Ohhhh 20 minutes now and chips and salsa have been put on my table. No water, no waiter. I have asked for a waiter....lets see how long it takes or am I walking out again?

Terrible food and terrible service. Spent 45 bucks, what a waste of my money! Very disappointed, don't go there.

OMG!!! Had the worst experience at Hacienda Del Rio! Very unorganized. My co-workers and I went to Old town for a stroll. we got hungry so we went to this restaurant. Biggest mistake we did that day. The tables are sticky underneath the table cloth. Waited 45 min for our food. got food before our drinks. to top it off my water had a baby cockroach in it! Disgusting! We didn't eat we walked out. No manager in sight to address the issue. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to my worst enemy! this place is a tourist trap! They don't know any better, BEWARE TOURISTS STAY AWAY!!! If you do go watch for cockroaches saw one crawling on the wall as we exited the place!!

The Santo Domingo Indian Trading Post is a lovely shop, located in the heart of 'Old Town', Albuquerque New Mexico.

My first visit was in April of 2008 during the Gathering of Nations Pow Wow, along with my sister and cousin. The lady that assisted us was Mary. She was very knowledgable and helpful.She helped me find a beautifully unique atntique pendant an d allowed me to make payments from Canada. I look forward to going back during the 2009 Gathering of Nations!
