We have done business with Computer Corner for years, so when my wireless network crashed, I put in a frantic call to them for help. I spoke with Evan who assured me that they would gladly come to my home and fix it, but had I tried the online diagnostics for my modem? He explained how to find the information I needed and asked me to let him know one way or the other if that solved my problem. After working my way through the online prompts and restoring my modem, I was able to connect all of my computers and mobile devices, but not the printers. So I called Evan back, explained the situation, and we agreed to schedule a repair appointment for the next day. Meanwhile, I was able to get the printers connected, so I called Evan to cancel the home visit, thanking him for his help. He was very gracious and said again that if I needed anything further he would be happy to help. As always, i am amazed at the level of service we received from Computer Corner. Thanks, Evan!

I have been there several times for computer service. The staff are always friendly,helpful and professional.

I have also purchased a Core13 Lenovo Thinkpad machine recently. My new laptop is running great as well as my older units.



THANKS EVAN and all the rest at Computer Corner.

I dropped my computer off with Evan at Computer Corner nine days ago. He told me a tech would be in touch with me. Three days later the tech, Eric called me and told me I had a bad hard drive. I told him I needed the data off of it and he told me it would costs $80.00 if it could be recovered. I ask for a day to think about it. The next day I called and he was out so I left a message. Haven't heard from him since. The day after, I went down to the store. Met with Evan. Told him I was considering buying a used one and having Eric transfer the data to it. He assured me Eric would call me. Haven't heard from him. Went by this morning, eight days after I dropped it off and picked up my computer. I told the tech that I lost faith in the company's reliability and explained my problems. He apologized. I left, went home and then noticed on my receipt that he wrote "Declined Data Transfer". I don't think they will ever see me again. Gary Nelson

Had a Windows 7 intro class he...

Had a Windows 7 intro class here and really, really liked it - I've gotten computer training elsewhere and it left me flat as a pancake. At Computer Corner the instructor was really enthusiastic, friendly and helpful, even tho I'm sure she's taught this intro class a lot. She was able to answer everyone's questions and just made it fun to learn. I highly recommend this class, which I took because they give you a free class when you buy a computer - I liked that too!

I purchased a new computer from Computer Corner back in October and they give you a free PC101 class, taught by a professional instructor when you buy a computer. The class was awesome, because I didn't know the first thing about Windows 7 and this helped alot. I would recommend these guys

I was back at the Corner again...

I was back at the Corner again this week - going to buy another computer for my daughter for Christmas. Hope she doesn't read this and find out! (this will make my 5th in 10 years with the Corner).



YouI always get a free class with a computer buy, and even tho I don't need it, I have given it to those people in my family who always call me with their computer questions.



They're always professional and helpful and I love that they are local - none of that sight-unseen internet buying for me, I want to support our local economy.

I'd noticed these guys have a great reputation, and I can see how they've earned it! I love that they have employees like Douglas on staff, he's great! I don't see how they could possibly improve.

What a joy it was working with...

What a joy it was working with them and the great job they did in ordering and following up on our computer purchases for the bureau; especially during the mad rush and chaotic time for us due to our fiscal year coming to an end.



In our interactions, they demonstrated the utmost professionalism in providing quality customer servicing, troubleshooting capability, and their demeanor was exceptional. Their ability and efficiency in returning messages via email/phone is amazing! Most importantly, they were very instrumental in providing resolution to tracking and delivery of our purchases. Overall, my experience with Computer Corner, Inc. has been joyful, pleasant, and very efficient. I look forward on continuing to utilize their company for future computer purchases for our bureau and working with the service representatives directly.

Really happy with Computer Corner. I paid only $25 to have my computer looked at when another store was going to charge me $85. They were fair and honest with me about what was wrong and helped me get all my files back and told me about how to back up files so that I wouldn't lose any next time. I'll go back.

I had a really good experience at Computer Corner. I know they've been around for a long time, but until all the other stores around this part of town closed, I hadn't been there.The prices I paid were fair, the people were friendly. I'll go back for sure.
