- Mark Caruso was raised in Los Angeles and attended Pepperdine University undergraduate and Pepperdine University School of Law. He graduated with honors from both. Mark became licensed as an attorney in all the courts of California in 1982. In the mid-1980's Mark moved to New Mexico and met his wife Judy in Albuquerque. Mark then became an attorney licensed in New Mexico and opened Caruso Law Office in Albuquerque. Since 1987 Mark Caruso has exclusively represented victims and families with claims against insurance companies and large corporations. In 1991 Mark was elected to the New Mexico Legislature where he served for 4 years as a State Representative. Governors have appointed Mark to numerous state commissions and boards. Today, Caruso Law Offices has two offices in Albuquerque and one office in Rio Rancho. Mark Caruso and attorneys working under his direction accept cases throughout the state and have represented clients in every county of New Mexico.

Third, he referred me to doctors who would treat me on a lien and wait to get paid until the case settled. Fourth, he has a great staff of other attorneys, legal assistants, etc. Fifth, I got a good settlement and Sixth, I was happy. Highly recommend him if you have a personal injury case or car accident.

Helped me when I really needed help dealing with the insurance guy. Caruso has 30 years of experience, and used to be an insurance company lawyer. Glad he was on my side. Got me referred to a doctor who really helped me, and made lien with doctor to pay him when case settled. Didn't need any money up front to pay Caruso, and doctor waited until case settled. Gave me free consultation, then he agreed to reduce contingency fee to 29% instead of 33% that other lawyers charged. Good staff and offices. Highly recommend.
