        very pleased

        Came in for the works package, and a leaky roof. All fixed. Although roof wasn't covered under warranty, Ford should cover that repair, ridiculous that's not covered on a 3 year old vehicle. However service at Montrose was great, and Kristen is wonderful. She generally is my representative when I am there and she does a great job, she is knowledgeable, very nice and remembers my name. I appreciate her caring nature.

        DONT TRUST THIS PLACE. The salesmen they have lie and are very dis respectfull.

        Especially Jerry Rupert don't deal with these clowns. They lie
