This place is just terrible!!!!!! I am so sick of the horrible customer service and that is why I am finally writing this. The workers are so rude and they forget items and now they do a new thing with sauces. You only get one sauce per order which is so crazy! They then proceed to charge you at the second window if you ask for more. Yet they never ring it as a sale but instead throw the money in a jar! What the heck? I am calling corporate on them too and I know many people who have already and who have boycotted this nasty place! Avoid this location at any cost if you possibly can! Go to the Wood Dale Mcdonalds for they are really nice and they let you have a sauce for your sandwich. I could see if people asked for a ton of sauce then by all means charge but one or two extra for three items come on! I think the employees at Addison just make this up because I am sure Mcdonalds is not hurting that much that they cannot give you a sauce. Oh and they do not even put that much mayo or suace on any of the sandwiches anyways! The managers and employees are very rude regarding anything with orders. I am so done going here! AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i got a monopoly coupon that says good for any breakfast item and i ask for a mcskillet but manager CARMELA did not wanna give to me
