Service

Worst customer service I have ever received. On my 3rd computer, all bought new, with problems and the management, particularly Shana have no interest in helping, and are rude and condescending. I am really not a hard customer to please, but to consistently promise and not deliver just show how little they care about their customers. Will never shop at any Best Buy again.

Typical Best Buy. Crew working there is pretty knowledgeable. I had a great experience recently when buying my daughter her laptop. I was definitely happy that I wasn't pressured to buy the expensive Lenovo. We're happy with the Lenovo Yoga 2 so far.

Called for pricing and availibiity of the Kindle Fire and was placed on hold so that associate could check. Associate came back to the phone and informed me that they had only 3 left in stock at $159 each. I then asked if they could hold one Kindle for 1 hour to give me time to get to the store. Was put on hold for 1 minute and the same associate came back to the phone and said there were no more Kindles in the store; go figure?? I could have understood them saying due to high demand this close to Christmas we are unable to place items on hold, opposed to this kind of nonsense.This is the kind of ** service that has customers in the store acting out; definitely not a good look Best Buy!

To the above responder: It's called customer service. Unfortunately, not all consumers are tech savvy and a good support person wood understand this. Simply asking the customer if their data was backed up would have earned this store a long-term customer. A good tech support person would have taken the extra 2 seconds to ask basic questions like this in order to minimize poor customer service outcomes. Your attitude is a clear example of what is wrong with most businesses out there today. We consumers buy products with the understanding that sometimes our limited understanding of a product is backed up by the expert knowledge of the support/service department offering that product.

Awful experience today with this particular store! They reset my phone with the promise that my pictures and videos would be safe. After reset everything was wiped out! Baby's first steps are GONE. Their reply was "SORRY". Really? Sorry. Never shopping here again!!!
