Groomobile

Worst customer service i have ever experienced! Would never recommend and will never use again.
We had Michelle come out to groom 2 of our Samoyeds. Upon arriving she said she could not do the one but would do the other, whom upon a Vets advice we needed to have shaved due to her age and inability to regulate her body temp. She started to do the job and after 20-30 minutes brought the dog back in with just her hind quarters done saying she couldn't complete the job as she was too matted and said the dog would need to be sedated by a vet to be done. She had the nerve to still charge us $50 for an unfinished job. Unreal, what business in the universe can start a job and not finish it and still charge.
I do not recommend and will never recommend this place. We complained to the office who said "management" would have to look into it after hearing Michelle's side of the story and we never heard anything more. But they cashed our check so there is your answer!!
We called another groomer who came out and fixed the mess Michelle made and charged us less than groomobile had quoted us to do the complete job to begin with, and did it just fine without having to sedate our dog.
Really sad example of a really poor groomer and even poorer business!! As of today which is more than 2 weeks later "management" still hasn't called us back!

I booked the groomobile and have legit medical issues however in order to get groomed despite medical issues they expected me to wait outside in the sun between the hours of 10am to 12 noon just for them to groom my dogs horrible. Aviod!!!!!!!!!

I have been a Groomobile and Laurence follower since my
"Baby" was a puppy , almost 12 years ! I would not trust anyone else with my dog !! They have been like a family to us and can not say enough good about them . Highly recommend Goomobile. L.Schwartz & Baby

We have been using Groomobile for over 19 years and have have had not 1 bad experience at all. The girl's Kellie (14) and Kaycie (12) love Jackie as we do. Jackie has been our groomer and does a fantastic job each and every time. Groomobile is the only company we will use and the only groomer we will use is Jackie.
