Q: Who writes the reviews on YELLOWPAGES.COM?
A: Any registered user of YELLOWPAGES.COM can write a review of a listed business or service. YELLOWPAGES.COM also publishes reviews written by registered users of other reviews sites, such as Judy's Book. If a review published on YELLOWPAGES.COM comes from another site, we will attribute the review to that provider.
Q: Does YELLOWPAGES.COM read every review before it is posted?
A: YELLOWPAGES.COM does not read every review before it is posted. However, reviews are regularly monitored for human error or content that does not comply with the published Reviews Guidelines.
Q: How quickly are reviews posted on the site?
A: A user review will be posted to the site in near real time.
Q: What information about users appears on the site?
A: When users register on MY YELLOWPAGES.COM, they give an e-mail address, user name, password and ZIP code. Only the user name appears on the site. No other identifying information will be made public, shared with other companies, or with any entity outside of YELLOWPAGES.COM. Q: If the business has more than one location, is the user reviewing the business or a specific location?
A: Reviews are associated with a specific listing on YELLOWPAGES.COM. If the same listing is shown in more than one location or category, the review for that business or service will appear for every instance.
Q: I represent a business that has been reviewed on YELLOWPAGES.COM. I don't agree with a review that was written. Can you remove it?
A: To help maintain the independence and integrity of User Reviews, YELLOWPAGES.COM does not remove reviews because they may be negative. If a review was written in error or if the review does not comply with published Reviews Guidelines, YELLOWPAGES.COM will evaluate it upon request and may remove it at their discretion.
Q: I represent a business that has been reviewed on YELLOWPAGES.COM. Can I respond to a review?
A: As an authorized representative of a business reviewed on YELLOWPAGES.COM, you can write a response to each individual review.
Q: How do I respond to a review of my business?
Select the "Respond to this review" link next to the review. You will be asked for information including your name, phone number and e-mail address. Your response will be displayed as representing the business, and YELLOWPAGES.COM may contact you about your response.
Q: What do I do if I prefer that my business not be reviewed on YELLOWPAGES.COM?
A: Any business or service listed on YELLOWPAGES.COM can choose to opt out of reviews. If you opt out, no reviews will appear with your listing, and users will not be able to write reviews of your business.
Q: How do I opt out of reviews?
A: To opt out of User Reviews, contact YELLOWPAGES.COM Customer Service or the company you purchased your ad from and request to opt out. Please specify which listing you would like excluded from the reviews feature.

Q: I am an advertiser who opted out of reviews. I see reviews still available on the site with my listing. When will you remove them?
A: YELLOWPAGES.COM will remove ratings and reviews from your listing within five business days of receiving your opt-out request. If more than five days have passed and you are still seeing reviews with your listing, please send an e-mail message to your Customer Service Representative (see the list above).
Q: Will YELLOWPAGES.COM delete older reviews?
A: YELLOWPAGES.COM does not have plans to retire older reviews, but we will evaluate the need for such maintenance in the future.
